Just over the last few years in the National Hockey League I have found that the ice has progressively gotten a little bit worse. There has been a little more snow accumulation on the stick with using traditional tape. I came across Bladetape and have been using it ever since. It allows me to get more grip on the puck at times like passing or saucering the puck. Snow accumulation is a big problem with the National Hockey League and with Bladetape there is no build up on the bottom of the blade. It allows the puck to hit your stick more clean and has allowed me to pass and receive the puck a lot cleaner. Because there is no tape on the bottom of the blade it allows your blade to slide along the ice with a lot less friction and a lot quicker. Its a real key thing that helps me with the game.
